This hotel is located in the lovely China Town area of the city, just a stone's throw away from bistros, cafes, and a famous local cafe called Caffe Diem. Perfect for food lovers! The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, with attention to detail that I truly appreciated. I loved the glass stretch dividing the room and bathroom space, giving it a chic and Balinese villa vibe. The staff, especially Liza, was absolutely fabulous! Fluent in English, she made me feel like I had a sister during my stay. The friendly and welcoming energy of the staff added an extra touch of warmth and made me feel at home. The hotel offers basic amenities, including a rooftop pool with a stunning view. Although I encountered a hornet, the pool deck was still a great spot to relax and enjoy the breathtaking sunrise.
The only downside to my stay was the noise from a nearby bar or club until early morning hours. Remember to bring your earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

Modern room, memorable stay!
Lots of supplies in the room: climate control, ironing facilities and an electronic key card. A view of the garden from our window. Only 10 min walk to downtown. Again, the hotel was just a short stroll away from rumah kelahiran mahathir: D

The hotel offers a great location to explore the city center and shopping places. the rooms are modern, spacious, and clean with high-quality towels and bathroom utensils. the rooftop pool is a superb addition to the facilities. Guests can help themselves to free flow of espresso coffee, cans of drinks, and local snacks at the reception area.
The noise level can be disruptive at night, and sometimes it is hard to find parking nearby.

We were pleasantly surprised by the tastefully designed room at 38Pc Boutique. The glass stretch dividing the room and bathroom gave it a unique and modern feel. The Balinese decor added a touch of elegance, making us feel like we were in a villa in Ubud. The staff, especially Liza, were fabulous and made us feel right at home. The pool deck offered a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunrise. The automated chip system at the main door made us feel secure. The freeflow snacks and drinks at the lobby were a nice bonus. The nasi lemak cooked by Liza for breakfast was super delicious! If you're looking for a comfortable and homely stay, this is the place.
We wish the rooms had tea/coffee making facilities and could be cleaned in a more precise manner. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! The pool was so relaxing and perfect for the hot weather. , loved the freeflow snacks and drinks at the lobby! Location-wise, it was really convenient and walking distance to cafes and attractions. Room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. They also provided air refreshers which is nice since the bathroom is open-concept.
There were issues with the soundproofing, could hear the neighbours clearly. , street noise at night can be disturbing for light sleepers.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a charming area. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with attention to detail that is evident throughout. The location is fantastic, with a cool cafe nearby and attractions just a short walk away. The huge balcony provided in the rooms adds a great touch, allowing you to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The only issue we encountered was that the room was not properly cleaned, with some hair strands in the toilet. However, overall our stay was fantastic and we would highly recommend this hotel.
